1. Delivery Zones

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand (This is not an exhaustive list and may change during the year).

2. Delivery charges

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Delivery to a Pickup Point is free for purchases over €39 (mainland France and Belgium).

Alternatively, delivery is available for €4.50 within mainland France to a Chronopost Shop2Shop pickup point (2-3 business days). Order before Thursday, December 18th at noon to receive your order in time for Christmas.

- Delivery at €4.90 or €5.90 in mainland France, to your home, depending on the size of the products selected (2-3 days). Order before Friday, December 19th at 12pm to be delivered in time for Christmas.

- Express delivery at €12.90 (to your home the next day before 6pm, for any order placed before 12pm, excluding weekends and public holidays ). Order before Monday, December 22nd at 12pm to be delivered in time for Christmas.

The following delivery charges apply to international deliveries:

Customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you are shipping from mainland France or Belgium, you can download your return label here , and a €2.99 return shipping fee applies (except in the case of an exchange, in which case we will issue a credit note without deducting the return shipping fee). Return shipping costs are your responsibility for discounted items or if you are shipping from the rest of the world.

We invite you to follow the procedure described in the following point (4. Return Procedure).

The returned product will be refunded within a maximum of 8 business days of receipt. The amount will be credited to your bank account via the payment method used for the order. The refund does not include delivery charges.

Exchanges for a different size, color, or item are not possible. To make an exchange, please follow the return procedure and place a new order.

Any free product included in the initial order must be returned, or it will be deducted from the final refund.

Any order not collected from the collection point within the allotted time will be reshipped to a Mondial Relay point at the customer's expense (participation fee of €4.50) or to their home address (€5.90).
