1. Delivery areas

We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, USA (non-exhaustive list subject to change during the year).

2. Delivery rates

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Delivery to a Relay Point is free for purchases over €39 (metropolitan France and Belgium).

- Otherwise, delivery at €4.50 in mainland France to a Chronopost Shop2Shop relay point (2-3 working days)

- Delivery at €4.90 or €5.90 in mainland France, to your home, depending on the size of the products selected (2-3 days)

- Express Delivery at €12.90 (home delivery the next day before 6 p.m., for all orders placed before 12 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays )

The following delivery charges apply for international deliveries:

Belgium & Luxembourg (at collection point)	€4.50
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany (at home)	€6.90
Europe (at home)	€9.90
Swiss	€12.90
Rest of the world outside the French overseas departments and territories (at home)	€24.50
DOM TOM (at home)	€19.90

Customs duties are entirely the buyer's responsibility.

3. Return Policy

You have 30 clear days from the date of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you are shipping from mainland France or Belgium, you can download your return label here , and a return shipping fee of €2.99 is required (unless you are exchanging an item, we will send you a credit note without deducting the return shipping fee). Returns are at your expense if the product is discounted, or if you are shipping from the rest of the world.

We invite you to follow the procedure described in the following point (4. Return procedure).

The returned product will be refunded within a maximum of 8 working days from receipt. The amount will be credited to your bank account via the payment method used when ordering. The refund does not include delivery costs.

Exchanges for another size, color, or reference are not possible. To make an exchange, we invite you to follow the return procedure and place a new order.

Any free product in the initial order must be returned, or will be deducted from the final refund.

Any order not collected from the collection point within the given timeframe will be reshipped to a Mondial Relay point at the customer's expense (contribution of €4.50) or to the customer's home (€5.90).
