1. Delivery areas

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand (non-exhaustive list subject to change during the year).

2. Delivery rates

Delivery to a Relay Point is free for purchases over €39.

Below this amount or for home delivery, shipping costs are €3.99 in mainland France.

Express delivery: at home the next day before 1 p.m., for all orders placed before 12 p.m. ( working days only , no express delivery on weekends and public holidays): €11.90

The following delivery charges apply for international deliveries:

Belgium & Luxembourg (at collection point)	€3.99

Rest of the world outside DOM TOM (at home)	24.50 €
DOM TOM (at home)	19.90 €

3. Return Policy

You have 30 clear days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We will send you a prepaid return label and a return fee of €2.95 is required (unless you return the item, we will send you a credit note without deducting the return fee). Returns are at your expense in the case of a discounted product.

We invite you to follow the procedure described in the following point (4. Return procedure).

The returned product is refunded within a maximum of 8 days from its receipt. The amount is credited to your bank account via the payment method used when ordering. The refund does not include delivery costs.

Exchanges for another size, color or reference are not possible. To make an exchange, we invite you to follow the return procedure and place a new order.

4. Return procedure

We invite you to follow the following steps:

1. Inform us of your wish to return your order via a short email to hello|@]chamaye.com. We will send you a prepaid Mondial Relay return label.

2. Prepare the package: the product must be in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the original label. If the label is unsealed (for socks for example), the return will not be accepted and the product will not be refunded. The product must be accompanied by the delivery note. If you no longer have it, attach to the package your name, first name, delivery address and order number clearly stated. Stick your shipping label covering the original label.

3. We advise you to keep proof of deposit. The shipment is your responsibility. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be possible.
