1. Delivery Zones

We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, USA (non-exhaustive list, subject to change throughout the year).

2. Delivery Rates

Orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day.

Delivery to a Relay Point is free for purchases over €39 (metropolitan France and Belgium).

- Otherwise, delivery is €4.50 in mainland France to a Chronopost Shop2Shop relay point (2-3 business days).

- Home delivery in mainland France is €4.90 or €5.90, depending on the size of the selected products (2-3 days).

- Express delivery is €12.90 (home delivery the next day before 6 PM, for any order placed before 12 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays).

The following delivery charges apply for international deliveries:

Belgium & Luxembourg (to a collection point)	€4.50
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany (home delivery)	€6.90
Europe (home delivery)	€9.90
Switzerland	€12.90
Rest of the world excluding French overseas departments and territories (home delivery)	€24.50
French overseas departments and territories (home delivery)	€19.90

Customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-ordered products from the SS26 collection will be shipped from May 19, 2026.

3. Return Policy

You have 30 clear days from the date of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you are shipping from mainland France or Belgium, you can download your return label here, and a return shipping fee of €2.99 is requested (except in the case of an exchange, we will send you a credit note without deducting the return fees). Returns are at your expense for discounted products, or if you are shipping from the rest of the world.

We invite you to follow the procedure described in the next point (4. Return Procedure).

The returned product is refunded within a maximum of 8 business days from its receipt. The amount is credited to your bank account via the payment method used for the order. The refund does not include delivery costs.

Exchanges for another size, color, or reference are not possible. To make an exchange, we invite you to follow the return procedure and place a new order.

Any free product in the initial order must be returned, or it will be deducted from the final refund.

Any order not collected from a relay point within the allotted time will be re-shipped to a Mondial Relay point at the customer's expense (a contribution of €4.50) or home delivered (€5.90).
