2. Delivery rates
The delivery in Point Relais is free from 39€ of purchase.
Below this amount or for home delivery, the shipping costs are €3.99 in mainland France.
Free click & collect in Paris , in our workshop at 5 rue Hippolyte Lebas - 75009 Paris (temporarily deactivated)
Express delivery: at home the next day before 1 p.m., for any order placed before 12 p.m. ( working day only , no express delivery on weekends and public holidays): €11.90
The following delivery charges apply for international deliveries:

3. Return Policy
You have 14 clear days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns are free (from mainland France).
We invite you to follow the procedure described in the following point (4. Return procedure).
The returned product is refunded within a maximum period of 8 days from receipt. The amount is credited to your bank account via the payment method used when placing the order. The refund does not include delivery costs.
Exchanges for another size, color or reference are not possible. To make an exchange, we invite you to follow the return procedure and place a new order.
4. Return procedure
We invite you to follow the following steps:
1. Inform us of your wish to return your order via a short email to the address hello|@]chamaye.com.
2. Customer service will send you a Mondial Relay prepaid label.
3. Prepare the package: the product must be in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the original label. If the label is unsealed (for socks for example), the return will not be accepted and the product will not be refunded . The product must be accompanied by the delivery note. If you no longer have it, enclose your surname, first name, delivery address and order number clearly labeled. Stick your mailing label covering the original label.
3. When depositing your package at a Mondial Relay point, we advise you to keep the proof of deposit. Shipping is your sole responsibility. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be possible.
In case of return from a country other than metropolitan France, the returns are at your expense.
