Make a return
What are the return conditions?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag attached. If the tag is broken (for socks, for example), the return will not be accepted and the product will not be refunded. Any free product included in the initial order must be returned, otherwise its value will be deducted from the final refund.
Are returns subject to a fee?
Exchange: 100% free return for France and Belgium, but we do not manage exchanges: upon receipt of your return, you will receive a credit to proceed with a new order.
Refund: A €2.99 contribution towards return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Credit: 100% free return. Credit with no expiry date.
If you are based in France or Belgium, we will send you a prepaid return label (generate it here ). Return shipping costs are your responsibility for discounted products or if you are shipping from the rest of the world.
What is the return procedure?
To process your return as quickly as possible, here is the procedure to follow:
- Pack your parcel carefully
- Include the delivery note inside. If you no longer have it, clearly write your full name, delivery address, and order number in the package.
- Affix your shipping label, covering the original label.
- Drop off your parcel at a Chrono Shop2Shop point (see the list of available points )
- Keep your proof of postage, as the shipment is your responsibility. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be possible.
