Choose your headwear according to your head circumference. Measure around your head with a tape measure, passing it above your ears and closing it in the middle of your forehead without pulling too tight.

They are all adjustable thanks to the adjustment strap at the back.

If you hesitate between two sizes, always take the larger one. The 7-12 years size also fits small adult heads!
